Counsellor Training
Counsellor Training was organized by Regional Centres, GCS Group & Bhupindra Society at its Head Office in Chandigarh on 30th January, 2010. The Counsellors and Centre Heads from 35 Learning Centers in the state of Haryana, U.T. Chandigarh and districts Mohali and Ropar enthusiastically participated in this training. This was done in 3 different slots. In this training, counsellors were given detailed knowledge about PTU, its background, importance of Distance Education, eligibility criteria, Do's and Don'ts of Counselling, prerequisites, documentation, filling of admission forms, data handling and filing system. Mr. Gurmeet Singh Arora, Managing Director, GCS Group & Bhupindra Society discussed marketing plan and strategic branding.
