COUNSELOR TRAINING PROGRAMME - 2012
PTU Regional Centre, De’Best Computer Systems, organized Counselor Training Programme on 20th June 2012 at Hotel Nagpal Regency, Ludhiana. Training is fully focused on Counseling Techniques given by Expert Trainer S. Moninder Singh & Mr. Ravi Kumar. Training equip the Counselors to handle the queries in a more structured and professional way and also gives all the knowledge about the PTU DEP. Training include live Case Studies and deliberations on that, Knowledge based Test, Chart Activity, Enquiry Handling Tips, Tele Calling Tips & many more. Different type of Prizes is also distributed to the counselors for participation in different activities. Training is attended by more than 23 Counselors from 19 Learning Centres of the Zone & all are very much impressed with the Training. Training is also attended by S. Harinder Pal Singh Kanda (Regional Director). Certificate of Participation is also distributed to all the Counselors. Training ended with vote of thanks by the Regional Manager Mr. Munish Dev Passi.
