Self Instruction Material (Courseware Books): The students will be getting high quality course material designed as per the University syllabi of the respective course in printed format. This will help the students in learning the subject at any time & place without the need of any other resource. So the student will enjoy the benefit of the traditional correspondence education in addition to the facilities being provided through e-learning material.

Login ID and email.
At the time of admission learner will be given scratch card which he / she can use to create an online Id and password for using all the features of Online Learning Management System.

Digital library (Course Material): The learner gets high quality course material apart from the courseware books. The concept of CBT (Computer Based Tutorial) is a very effective learning tool for learners as they can easily understand the concepts with the help of very fine quality pictures, graphics and animations. At the end of each chapter there are self assessment tests and quiz which enable student to check his progress. A screen will be available for the students to view the course content uploaded by the faculty for each course. This content will have multiple pages and each page can be bookmarked, tagged, and notes can be created on them. A glossary and the search functionality on the content will be provided. Also, each page will also have a functionality for inline mock tests helping the student understand the content better.
 

Notice Board: Notice board provide information to learner about recent announcements for course, recent online tests / assignments, recent documents posted, recent discussions, recent additions to syllabus etc.

Public library: A public library will be available to all the students irrespective of course for easy reference to resources which are pertinent to the students.

Time table: Time table provide information to learner about the schedule of assignments, tests and other activities in virtual classroom.

Chat Rooms: The learned can use this tool to interact with the faculty by exchanging written messages in real-time for which both partners should log on the internet. With this students can get answer of their different course regarding queries from expert faculties at same time.

Technical Forum: The learner can write their queries on the topic of their interest in the forum under a specific subject category. The faculties and other learner can enter their replies / answer to the queries posted by different learners.

News: Learning Management system has been linked with recent news items linked to sources which provide recent news update to learners of the country on various fields like education, business, career etc.


Personal Contact Program:
To provide practical exposure and to have actual contact with the expert faculty, contact program will be provided to the students for 2 weeks in a semester. The contact program will be offered through a network of Learning Centres under distance education program. The schedule will be intimated to the students in advance so that they can take benefit from the contact programs.
